Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Luna Scents is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or weather-related issues.
Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll be happy to make it right.
